The final economic plan was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on June 3rd. The maximum building height is set at 26 feet zero inches, with setbacks of 500 and 17 feet. Roadway access will use the existing driveway connections. The proposal also includes a minimum parking requirement of five garage parking spaces, with proposed instruments to be incorporated into the community's final planning.
2027 Community Development Block Grant Priorities Adopted
The council considered resolution 2026-091, adopting the 2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Local Funding Priorities and Overarching Program. This includes various programs such as housing assistance, public facilities, and planning initiatives. The agenda included discussions on affordable housing, public safety, and community development, with a focus on collaboration and strategic planning. A total of 34 viewers were reviewed for normal clouds, and 418 total weekly publications were made for choice. The resolution aims to guide the allocation of CDBG funds for the upcoming year.

South Street Property Rezoned to Single-Family Residential
