City Council Considers 'Ally Connect' App to Boost Police Mental Health Services

The proposed funding for the first year, including CAD integration, is approximately $98,000, with subsequent annual costs of $83,000 for the police department. Expansion to fire and sheriff departments would increase initial costs to $199,000 for the first year, followed by $172,000 annually for four years.
