Village Approves Maintenance Agreement for Coconut Road Sidewalk Improvements Funded by FDOT

West Bay Club Conservation Easement Swap Approved, Net Gain in Conservation Land Facilitated
The Village Council passed Resolution number 2026-12, approving the release of portions of two conservation easements at West Bay Club and the acceptance of two alternate conservation easements at the same location.
