Parks and Recreation Department to Hire Deputy Director

Scott Meadows Subdivision Phase 3 Approved
The board approved the third phase of the Scott Meadows subdivision, located on the north side of West Oak Grove Road, east of Oak Crossing, and south of West Commerce Street. This phase involves platting 26.97 acres for 32 residential lots, featuring open ditch cross-section lots generally about three-quarters of an acre in size. The property was previously zoned PUD, and the current plat substantially conforms to the approved PUD zoning and subdivision regulations, maintaining the same number of lots and lot configuration as the previous phases. The Planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval. Standard conditions, including tree planting in the front yard, were included in the proposed motion.
