Holland City Council Terminates Brownfield Agreement with Black River Flats Over Non-Compliance
The Holland City Council voted to terminate an amended Brownfield reimbursement agreement with Black River Flats. This decision stems from the developer failing to submit required reports for two consecutive years, which are necessary to demonstrate that affordable housing requirements were met.
