Another item involves rezoning 8.6 acres at Highway 45 Bypass, across from the UT Ag complex, from AO Agricultural Open to IO Wholesale Warehouse to accommodate a petitioner's plan for a billboard. Additionally, 1.4 acres at 279 Walker Road are proposed to be rezoned from OC Office Center District to R3PRD High-Density Planned Residential Development for a townhome development near the University entrance. Lastly, 1.14 acres at 219 Pleasant Plains are proposed to be rezoned from Office Single-Family Residential District to Office District.
