City Rejects Bids for Lateral Project, Approves MOU with County for Cost Savings
The City Commission voted to reject the bids for the 2018 GLO South Mercedes Lateral Project and approved entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Hidalgo County Drainage District Number One for the same project.
