This funding is for the RFP and RFQ process to qualify vendors for replacing the city's water meters. The process includes vendor qualification, proposal review, and selection, anticipated to take approximately six more months. The funds are allocated from the sewer fund.
Contribution Deadline Extended to July 31st
The deadline for contribution list submissions was changed from June 30th to July 31st, 2026. This adjustment was made to provide additional time for applicants who faced difficulties submitting information, potentially due to staff changes or issues accessing communication channels. The extension also allows more time for organizations to provide necessary information before budgeting.
