City Renews Street Sweeping Contract
The City Commission authorized the city manager to enter into a service contract for citywide street sweeping services. This renewal is necessary as the current contract has reached its time limit. The company, Sweeping of America, will continue providing street sweeping services, but not stormwater drain maintenance, which is handled in-house by Public Works.

City Approves Final Guaranteed Maximum Price for Multi-Use Facility
The City Commission approved Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment Number Two (GMP #2) to the existing contract with DWOS and Construction for the City of Far Multi-Use Facility, under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract. This approves the final GMP for the project.
