St. Bernard Village Committee of the Whole Meeting Covers Community Events, Financial Matters, and Infrastructure Updates

The council reviewed and approved the written minutes from the previous meeting held on June 25th. Mayor Stuchel provided updates on recent community events, including the Heritage Hill District event and the Independence Day celebration, thanking participants and staff. He also reminded attendees about the upcoming German Luau Parade and requested to enter executive session for property purchase. The Auditor presented a financial report and proposed an ordinance (Ordinance 34) for a $135,000 transfer to the capital improvement fund for property purchase, plus additional appropriations for repairs and mold restoration.
