The project involves a 20,592 square foot addition to the existing medical office building, primarily through vertical expansion on the east side, and a 1,000 square foot addition for building envelope improvements. The total building area will increase to 77,660 square feet, with a maximum height of approximately 28 feet. Nine additional parking spaces will be added at the southeast corner of the site. Existing accesses, parking, landscaping, lighting, and utilities will be maintained, and stormwater management is provided by existing detention. City Council Approves Ordinance Regulating Personal Transportation Devices
