Wensville Board Approves Plats for Estates at Huntley Ridge, E-Trailer Expansion, Aventura at Wensville, and Thousand Springs Senior Living Permit Extension

Another resolution authorized new guarantee agreements for "Thousand Springs Senior Living" due to a new contractor. Finally, a resolution was approved to acquire property at 991 North Point Prairie Road for the David Holcul Parkway Phase 3 project.
