The project includes three six-story buildings with 318 units, incorporating affordable workforce housing and requesting a parking waiver. The annexation and related land use and zoning changes passed unanimously. The site plan and parking waiver vote are scheduled for July 20th.

Six-Month Zoning Pause Implemented for South Flagler Drive Corridor
The city commission considered Ordinance Number 5177-26, a city-initiated request for a zoning in progress for six months on properties zoned multifamily high-density MF32 along South Flagler Drive. This temporary measure is intended to prevent new plan development applications while the city conducts a zoning analysis, redevelopment study, and economic analysis for the area to develop new zoning regulations. The ordinance passed unanimously.
City Commission Approves Revised Public Art Program

The ordinance relocates provisions concerning monuments and murals and creates a new chapter for public art in the city code. The ordinance passed unanimously.
