Committee Reviews Madison Movement Holdings Zoning Modifications and Traffic Study
The Community Inspector Committee discussed minor modifications to Madison Movement Holdings, specifically related to a zoning amendment approved in February 2025. The current plan does not expand uses, change parking, or alter site access. The discussion also touched upon recent special permit decisions for various businesses on the site, including 110 Grill, Chick-fil-A, Press Cafe, and Starbucks. A key point of discussion was traffic concerns on Tower Park Drive, with Chick-fil-A hiring VAI to study traffic flow and signal coordination. The study will inform potential improvements, including restriping Tower Park Drive to ensure two lanes are available earlier. The committee voted to send the matter out to pass.
Personnel Committee Recommends Brian Morenon for Golf and Ski Authority Appointment
The personnel committee considered the appointment of Brian Morenon to the Wuban Golf and Ski Authority. Committee Approves Road Race Application and License Renewal, Discards Stale Request
